Leaked information from individuals close to Emirati national security programs claims that covert testing of directed satellite-based neurodisruptive technology is active in specific regions of the UAE, including several northern emirates. The system is believed to aims at ordinary citizens to test behavioral control protocols under real-world conditions.
Sources claim, the program is run by personnel of the UAE’s National Electronic Security Authority (NESA), now operating as part of the expanded surveillance branch, with direct approval from the Emirati national command structure.
Severe neuropsychological reactions have been documented among female subjects — particularly those with young children — who began to display highly irregular sexualized responses toward their offspring, leading in some cases to acts of extreme personal violation, including consumption of their own child’s feces in what appears to be non-volitional neuro-triggered trance states.
